If you have the original radio in your 2017 Chevy Cruze, the amp is built into the radio unit. However, if you have the enhanced Pioneer 9-speaker system, the amp can be found in the trunk on the passenger's side. If you're not hearing any sound from your stereo, start by inspecting the fuse located in the cabin fuse panel near the left side of the steering wheel under the dashboard. Next, check the wiring for any crimps, breaks, or loose connections, as it's uncommon for the amp to be the culprit if there's an issue.
In your 2017 Chevy Cruze, you can usually locate the factory amplifier beneath the rear seat, specifically on the right side for the passenger.
