Since 2007, the Jeep Wrangler Wrangler JK model no longer includes a flasher relay in its design. The electronic control module now manages the relay's function instead. This means that looking for a relay in your 2008 Wrangler might not be fruitful, so it's recommended to explore other diagnostic options. The turn signals and hazard lights are now software-controlled, so there are no physical pins to access on the module. Unless you're facing additional electrical issues, problems with your flasher are likely due to faulty wiring or a bulb. To troubleshoot, use a digital multimeter to check the bulbs' resistance and the wire voltages.
The flasher relay for a 2008 Jeep Wrangler can be found in the fuse panel, known as the totally integrated power module, located under the hood near the battery.
