In the Honda Civic, there is no fuel cut-off switch, but there is a reset button located below the passenger side of the dashboard. The Civic uses an inertia switch that shuts off the fuel pump if it senses an accident to prevent fires. If the inertia switch trips inadvertently, you can locate a reset button in the passenger footwell to reactivate the fuel pump. Additionally, if you experience fuel pump issues, inspect and replace the relay in the engine compartment as an alternative method to reset the system.
