In a 2015 Chevy Silverado, the fuel filter is located inside the frame rail on the driver's side, positioned between the cab and rear tire. It's recommended to replace the fuel filter every 40,000 to 80,000 miles. Look out for signs like difficulty starting the engine, failure to start, or rough idling, as these could indicate a fuel filter issue. If your vehicle struggles to accelerate in city driving, it may also signal a partially blocked filter. A blocked filter can lead to contaminated fuel with dirt and debris, affecting the performance of your fuel pump and injectors while reducing fuel efficiency.

On the 2015 Chevy Silverado, you can find the fuel filter tucked away inside the gas tank, specifically situated on the rear left side of the truck.

Thank you, Jack D, for being spot on! The fuel pressure sensor on my 2015 Silverado work truck V6 is actually situated on top of the fuel tank, across from the fuel pump. Despite watching numerous YouTube videos claiming it's on the rear side of the truck, I searched for hours and couldn't locate it. It turns out it's inside the fuel tank all along.

My 1999 GMC and 2015 Chevrolet both needed their fuel tanks replaced, which cost me $600. I just wish it was on the exterior of the tank instead.
