To access the fuel filter on a 2003 Honda CR-V, go behind the gas tank on the driver's side, beneath the rear driver's tire. Look to the right of the coil spring to locate it. Open the hood and disconnect the negative battery terminal with a 10-millimeter socket. Lift the vehicle with a jack and place a jack stand for safety. Remove the gas line from the filter's ends and take out the bracket bolt from the car's frame to replace the filter.
