In the 2010 Nissan Versa, there's a fuel pump that moves gas from the tank to the engine. This pump is powered just like other electronic parts of the car, and it has a fuse and a relay. To ensure the pump receives the necessary voltage, the relay must be in good condition. You can find this relay in the underhood fuse panel on the driver's side of the engine bay, positioned between the battery and the shock mount. It's in the far right row of the panel, second from the top. If the relay is faulty, you may experience difficulty starting the engine. Sometimes, the relay can fail on and off, causing the engine to start but not remain running.
