The F10 fuel pump relay in a BMW is located inside the fuse box in the passenger compartment, not under the hood in the engine fuse panel. To access it, open the glove compartment, clear any items blocking the fuse box, and then push the handle upward to open the lid. The fuel pump fuse is labeled as number 75 in this panel and is a 20A fuse. You can get a fuse kit from Bosch for less than $4, which includes the right replacement fuse and other amperage options for future use.
