In the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, there are actually two places where the fuel pump relay is located. The primary location that you would typically search for is in the fuse box to the right (driver's side) of the engine compartment, known as the external fuel pump relay. However, there is also a secondary location within the totally integrated power module (TIPM) that can intermittently malfunction, potentially causing the engine to stall or shut down unexpectedly while you are driving. To access this second relay, you will need to open the long plastic black box to the left of the powertrain control module, and release the two clips on each side to reach the internal components.
The fuel pump relay for the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan can be found within the fuse panel situated in the passenger footwell.
