The BMW X4 has two fuse boxes: one in the glove compartment and another in the trunk behind a panel on the passenger side. In the trunk, there are plastic tweezers for removing fuses and information about their types and locations. These fuse boxes contain fuses for various components like the headlights, fans, heating and air conditioning, seat controls, START/STOP button, windows, infotainment system, and horn. If a car part stops working suddenly, a blown fuse could be the cause and is usually the first thing to check. The owner's manual advises against attempting to fix a blown fuse due to the risk of fire. When replacing a fuse, ensure it matches the correct color and amperage rating without using any substitutes.
The fuse box of your BMW X4 can be found situated behind the glove compartment in your car.
