The 2008 Jeep Wrangler blower motor fuse is located in a 60-amp fuse within the TPIM (fuse box under the hood). The blower motor is powered by a relay, a device similar to a fuse. If your heater or air conditioner isn't blowing air through the vents, it may mean that the blower motor fuse has blown. Use a voltmeter or ohmmeter to test for a blown fuse. If you discover one, replace it. Start the car to check if the blower motor is functioning properly. If the fuse blows again, inspect for loose circuits. If the circuits are fine but the blower motor continues to blow fuses, replace the blower motor.
In a 2008 Jeep Wrangler, you can find the blower motor resistor located within the dashboard on the driver's side, across from the steering wheel.
