The location of the cruise control fuse for the 2000 Nissan Frontier can be found to the left of the steering wheel. To access the fuse box, check for a small seam or crack along the dash on the left side of the steering wheel. You can use a screwdriver or prybar to open this panel. Inside, you will see several fuses. The back of the panel you opened should have a diagram showing the purpose of each fuse. If the diagram is not there, you can refer to the owner's manual for the vehicle. Once you determine the fuse you need, simply remove it. The two raised sections of the fuse should be connected by a thin metal strip. If the strip is broken, the fuse is no longer functional and should be replaced. If the strip is intact, you can reinsert the fuse. Replacement fuses are inexpensive, typically costing around $10.
