The horn fuse for a 2010 Dodge Journey is situated in the fuse panel on the left side by the steering wheel. Locate a small seam or crack on the dashboard next to the steering wheel and gently pry it open with a screwdriver or prybar. Inside, you will find various fuses. Check the diagram on the back of the panel for details on each fuse's purpose. If the diagram isn't there, refer to the vehicle's owner's manual. Identify the needed fuse and remove it by pulling it out; a broken strip of metal connecting the two raised sections indicates a faulty fuse that needs replacement. Functional fuses can be reinserted. Replacement fuses are typically inexpensive, costing around $10.
