In the 2015 Toyota Highlander, there are several fuse boxes, and the one containing the fuse for the power outlet is situated in the passenger cabin. To locate this fuse box, look below and to the left of the steering column on the driver's side, next to the OBD-II port. Typically, the power outlet fuse is labeled as fuse number 28, but you can confirm this by referring to the diagram inside the box cover. Use a 10-amp fuse for replacement. Most likely, your Highlander comes with a plastic fuse removal tool in one of the fuse boxes. If one is not included, you can use a pair of pliers or a similar tool. Ensure that the replacement fuse is securely and properly placed by clicking it firmly into position.
