The 2001 Ford F-150 power window fuse can be found on the left side of the steering wheel. To locate the fuse box, look for a small seam or crack along the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel. Use a screwdriver or prybar to open the panel. Inside, you will see a collection of fuses. The back of the panel has a diagram showing the purpose of each fuse. If it's not there, check the owner's manual. Identify the required fuse and pull it out. Check if the metal strip connecting the two raised sections is intact; if it's broken, the fuse needs replacing. If the strip is intact, the fuse is fine and can be reinserted. New fuses are inexpensive, costing around $10.
