In the 2011 Kia Sorento, you can find the fuse for the windshield washer pump in the fuse panel under the hood. It's usually the same fuse as the one for the wiper motor, labeled as #8 with a 20-amp rating. If you've already checked the fuse and it's fine but suspect the washer pump is the issue, it can be found on the passenger side, by the washer fluid reservoir. The pump is connected to the reservoir with a grommet, and you can disconnect the wiring and hose before replacing the pump with a new one.
