The 2007 Dodge Caliber is known for issues with its driver's side low beam headlights going out. Dealerships often recommend replacing the entire integrated power module or fuse box, which can cost between $700 and $1,000 for parts and labor. If you're troubleshooting on your own, both the high and low beam lights use a 9008 bulb size. The headlights are controlled by a fuse in the engine bay, located on the driver's side against the firewall. The lights are powered by a #36 fuse with a 30-amp charge. If one of the bulbs has blown, the TIPM needs to be reset for both lights to function. You can do this by disconnecting the battery overnight or by having the dealership perform the reset.
The headlight relay for a 2008 Dodge Caliber can be found in the primary fuse box located under the vehicle's hood.
