If the horn on your 2007 Dodge Caliber isn't working, the smart move is to check the horn relay first. The relay can be found in the TIPM, located under the hood and behind the bumper on the driver's side. Taking care of this issue can save you money and effort compared to dealing with the horn itself. Although the horn is situated behind the right side of the bumper fascia, accessing it is more challenging. It is suggested that you approach it through the front wheel well on the driver's side for easier access. This is where you can conduct diagnostic tests using a multimeter or carry out a replacement if needed.
