In a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta, the horn can be found at the front of the car and is mounted on one of the supports for the radiator in the engine compartment. This component is responsible for producing the sound when you use the horn in your vehicle. If your horn is not functioning, first check the wiring to ensure they are securely connected and free of any damage. If the wiring appears fine, attempt to supply 12 volts directly to the horn to test if it produces sound. If there is no sound, this could indicate an issue with the assembly.
