The horn relay is not a separate component on the 2008 Chrysler Sebring, as it is integrated within the TIPM module. If you suspect an issue with the horn system, you will first need to diagnose and verify if the TIPM is the cause. If it is, a complete replacement of the TIPM will be necessary. Alternatively, the problem could lie with the horn itself, which is located in the front of the vehicle, inside the driver's side of the bumper fascia. Accessing it through the front driver's side wheel well will provide the easiest way to reach it.
