Around the year 2013, Ford started including the horn relay in the body control module (BCM) for their vehicles, including the 2014 Ford F-150. This change was made to prevent potential thieves from disabling the alarm system when it is triggered. If your horn is honking, you can press both the lock and unlock buttons on your remote key fob for about two seconds, causing the hazard lights to flash three times. Once this is done, you can lock the doors normally and the horn should stop sounding. In a worst-case scenario, if you need to stop the horn urgently, you can also disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
The horn on a 2014 Ford F-150 can be found under the steering wheel cover, right in the middle.
