The intake manifold tuning valve can be found at the end of the intake manifold on the driver's side of the 2007 Chevrolet Aveo when you lift the hood and examine the engine. If you need to change the entire manifold, you can purchase it online for about $414 for an ACDelco part #25189256. However, just the tuning valve/vacuum regulator on its own costs $28, which could be a welcome relief if that is the only issue you are facing.
The sensor that monitors the position of the intake manifold tuning valve in the rear of the engine compartment on the 2007 Chevrolet Aveo is situated on the intake manifold.
