The 2003 Hyundai Elantra neutral safety switch relay can be found under the car's hood. To access the fuse box located beneath the hood, open the hood and secure it in place. On the right side of the engine compartment, there will be a black box with a visible seam. Upon opening this box, you will find the fuse inside. The back of the box's lid will show a diagram indicating which fuse corresponds to what. If this information is not on the box, you can refer to the car's owner's manual. Once you identify the needed fuse, remove it. Check if the thin metal strip connecting the two sections of the fuse is intact; if broken, the fuse is no longer usable and needs replacement. If the strip is intact, you can reinsert the fuse. Replacement fuses typically cost around $10, making them an affordable item to purchase.

I drive a 2003 Hyundai Elantra, and my fuse box is located on the driver's side where there is a storage compartment that pulls down like a drawer. You can easily access all the fuses by pulling it out. I was checking to see if my car is equipped with a black box.
