In a 2000 Honda S2000, the OBD II port is located on the driver's side to the right of the steering column, a bit back from where the dashboard ends underneath. OBD-II is a built-in computer that keeps track of emissions, fuel efficiency, speed, and other information about your vehicle. Anyone with an OBD-II scan tool can link to the port and access the diagnostic trouble codes stored in the computer.
