To locate the OBD-II port on a 2007 Honda Civic, you will have to search a bit. This process also applies to any 8th generation Honda Civic, produced from 2006 to 2011. First, open the driver's side door and check under the dashboard near the steering wheel. Unlike most cars, the port is on the right side of the wheel. It faces downward behind the trim, so you may need to crouch low to connect to it. After doing so, you can easily scan fault codes. While finding it initially may be a challenge, you won't struggle again.
The 2007 Honda Civic comes with an OBD2 port situated beneath the driver's side dashboard, close to the center console.
