In the Honda Fit, the OBD port is located under the dashboard on the driver's side, just below the steering wheel and slightly above the gas and brake pedals in its own little spot. This port lets you connect a scanner to read your car's error codes and troubleshoot problems without needing to take it to a mechanic. If you don't have a scanner yet, you can get one for around $50, which is a worthwhile investment for the convenience it offers.
