Where can I find the OBD port on a Lexus ES300?

The Lexus ES300 diagnostic port is located underneath the steering wheel on the left side. If it is not functional, it may be due to a faulty fuse. To access the fuse box located under the car's hood, you need to lift and latch open the hood. On the right side of the engine compartment, there is a black box with a visible seam.
