If you have dual zone climate control in your 2012 Dodge Journey, you will have two blend door actuators. The one for the passenger side is located behind the glove box on the left side. The driver's side actuator is on the air distribution housing if you need to access it. Replacing the actuator is relatively simple, but space is tight when removing the bolts. Replacement actuators can be found on Amazon for around $20, whereas dealerships may charge up to a thousand dollars. So it's worth learning how to do it yourself to save money!
