I know

In a 2015 Chevy Equinox, you can locate the PCV valve towards the back of the right side of the engine's valve cover. The PCV valve plays a key role in the engine's emissions control system by recycling gases from the crankcase and reintroducing them into the engine to adjust the air-fuel mixture. This process ensures that the vapors are safely burned and filtered out through the exhaust, preventing them from being released into the atmosphere. If your engine is running roughly, it might indicate an issue with the PCV valve, and you may receive a check engine light alert from the ECU if any faults are detected.

Unless I'm mistaken, it seems like there isn't a PCV valve on a 2015 Equinox. I checked online, in the Chilton manual, and even called the dealership. The only thing located behind the intake manifold is the vapor canister for fuel purge.

When talking about where something is located, it's best to use terms like "driver side" or "passenger side." The terms "right" or "left" can vary depending on the direction you are facing.
