The power steering reservoir for a 2011 Ford Fusion can be found next to the power steering pump. To replace the power steering fluid, start by locating the clear plastic container under the hood near the window. Use a pump to remove all the fluid from the container. When the fluid level is low, turn the steering wheel all the way to one side, then to the other side to allow the fluid in the system to drain into the container. Empty the container as well. Once it's empty, refill it to the full line, making sure not to overfill. It may take some time for the steering wheel to loosen up, so take a 20-minute drive to test if the fluid replacement was successful.
