The BMW 428i doesn't come with a spare tire, as it has "run-flat" tires that are designed to let you drive up to 100 miles (albeit slowly) with a puncture. Because of this, there's no tire repair kit in the vehicle. If you're worried about this, you can buy an aftermarket spare tire kit online, which includes an 18-inch wheel (T135/70R18, rated for 81 mph) for around $420.
