In a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas, the spare tire is stored below the trunk lining at the rear of the vehicle, making it easily accessible. To reach it, start by opening the trunk and taking out the lining to reveal a central wingnut. Undo the clip above the wingnut, then turn the nut counterclockwise to release it. Once the nut is off, lift out the rest of the floor lining to access the spare tire located underneath. The jack kit should be in close proximity to the spare tire.
