The 2008 Dodge Avenger doesn't come equipped with a standalone starter relay. Instead, the starter relay function is built into the TIPM module located on the left side of the engine compartment. Troubleshooting this integrated system individually is limited. If the TIPM unit is completely faulty, you may need to consider replacing the entire module as a solution.
The 2008 Dodge Avenger's starter relay can be found inside the fuse box under the hood.
