The 2010 Honda Civic's turn signals and flashers are managed by the "Multiplex Integrated Control Unit," located near the driver's left knee under the dashboard. This unit houses the flasher relay and is placed next to the fuse box. If the Civic’s light switch or hazard lights do not work properly, it could be due to relay malfunctions or issues with wiring or bulbs. The Civic uses 1157A and 7440 bulbs for its front and rear turn signals. Replacing the "MICU" typically costs between $200 and $250 for parts and labor, but sometimes reprogramming the unit can fix the issue if the relay is not to blame.
In a 2010 Honda Civic, you can find the turn signal relay, which is also called the flasher, under the steering column inside the dashboard.
