In the 2007 Cadillac CTS, the turn signal flasher module is located below the dashboard near the steering wheel on the right side. To access the module, you'll need to remove the lower part of the dashboard. There are small plastic tabs beneath the dashboard that you can release to uncover the flasher module. You can follow the electrical wiring from the hazard/turn signal to locate the module within the dashboard. If you hear a scratching noise, you can trace it to pinpoint the module's position beneath the dashboard. Replacing the flasher can cost between $15 and $30, depending on the quality and whether it's an original manufacturer part or an aftermarket one.
The turn signal relay for the 2007 Cadillac CTS is located inside the fuse box situated behind the glove compartment.
