The 2013 Hyundai Elantra has its turn signal relay located to the left of the steering wheel. To access the fuse box under the car's hood, you should first open the hood and secure it with the latch. On the right side of the engine compartment, there will be a black box with a seam around it. By opening this box, you will find the fuse inside. The back of the box's lid will have a diagram indicating which fuse serves what function. If this diagram is not present, you can also refer to the car's owner's manual. After identifying the necessary fuse, simply remove it. Check if the thin metal strip connecting the two protruding sections is intact. If it's broken, the fuse needs to be replaced; otherwise, it's still functional and can be reinserted. Replacement fuses typically cost around 10 dollars, making them quite affordable.
