The wiper fuse/relay on your 2006 Volkswagen Jetta can be found inside the fuse box in the engine compartment. Specifically, look for a 30A fuse in position 19 within the box; this should be the one for the wipers. To replace the fuse, it is suggested to use AutoZone's Bussmann Fuse pack, BP-ATM-AH8-RP. This pack provides you with 8 30A fuses for $6.50, making it convenient to have extras for future use.
