The temperature sensor is incorrectly placed inside the passenger mirror. This design flaw could cause issues if it fails to function properly. Being located within a closed space with no airflow, and surrounded by a dark mirror, it becomes like a small oven. I'm planning to swap mine out and see if that resolves the problem.
