As an American, I would say it like this: The flasher relay for a Mitsubishi Outlander can be found in the fuse box in the engine bay. To access it, you need to open the hood of the vehicle by pulling the hood release lever inside the driver's side. Once the hood is up, locate the fuse box in the top right corner of the engine compartment. Pry off the lid of the fuse box to access the flasher relay.
