The primary cause of the dashboard lights not working in a 2014 Chevy Impala is usually due to a blown fuse. This can easily be fixed by replacing the fuse yourself. The Impala has several fuse boxes, and the one containing the fuse for the instrument panel is located in the engine compartment. To locate it, stand at the front bumper of the vehicle and look towards the driver's side above the wheel well where you'll find the box. The fuse needed is usually number 54. You can confirm this and identify the correct amperage by referring to the diagram on the inside cover of the box. If the fuse is not the issue, it could be a burnt-out lightbulb or a potential accidental adjustment of the dimmer switch, which is a common occurrence. In rare instances, there might be an underlying electrical problem or a need to replace the instrument cluster.

I have a 2014 Chevy Impala with a functioning system that controls the radio, gas gauge, and temperature gauge. Even though these features turn on and off, the car continues to run. I had the battery and alternator checked at AutoZone, and they are both fine. Can someone assist me, please?
