As far as I know, these guys got the best prices in the Pittsburgh market, and their trade-in estimate is firm and could be done completely online. I had the opportunity to have Dominic Hussion handle my sales. The whole process was seamless, except for a little and innocent mistake on financing. Communication was excellent. Dominic knows the right words to say to customers, and he responds to emails and texts within an hour. Asides from going to the office to test drive, every other thing was handled online. Also, you are allowed to test drive on your own and for as long as you want. I'll definitely buy my next car with this company.

Thomas Rice walked us through the process. He was kind, and very up front and honest about the used vehicle, even pointing out minor cosmetic flaws before we were aware of them. The buying process was very quick and to the point. Now my wife is incredibly happy with her new vehicle. I’ve been searching for a vehicle for over 6 months and haven’t had the best of luck with sales people until I came to this location. Thomas rice was one of the best salesman I had an interaction with out of the 15-20 dealerships I have been to. He’s very professional and is very knowledgeable about his job. Overall a great experience!

I've dealt with this dealership since they were VW/Mazda and have had great experiences. Since they've become Cochran, I think it's gotten even better. I've had bad experiences in the past with automotive service centers, but not only are the staff friendly, but they have recommended courses of action that saved me a ton of money. When the time comes to buy a new Mazda, I'll be giving them my business for sure.

After several weeks of research, I had narrowed down my search to the Chevy Cruze and the Mazda 3. I decided to check out Cochran first and after the test drive and a very friendly discussion on pricing and my trade-in, I decided to pull the trigger on my first new car without even trying the Cruze. Have a 2014 CX5 which I love. So far their service department has been great. I really appreciate the complimentary car wash. Will be better when they move to a larger facility and the service department is not down the road. I know they're working on that so they still get 5 stars!!

I recently purchased 2015 Mazda 6 from Jamie at #1 Cochran. I love my new car, but I was equally impressed with the quality of service I received from this dealership and especially my salesman.
