Overall I had a fabulous experience at Cochran Subaru. Michael Fay was a great help! He was super knowledgeable, was friendly and easy to work with. I never felt pressured in any way, he just helped me with any questions or requests that I had, in a laid-back but professional way and gave my dad & I plenty of space to process and come to our own conclusions. And as far as the dealership in general, I think the oldest car they had on the lot was a 2017 (I bought pre-owned) and they were all really top quality. I looked around online for the same year and model that I was interested in there and felt that their pricing was competitive. And when I asked, upon my dad's advice, to 'see what they could do for me' on pricing (I know he's had to haggle when car shopping in the past) Michael told me that the posted rate is what they work with (he said it in a more thorough, friendly way). Great Experience! I was able to do a lot of the work before even coming to the dealership (Credit app, proof of insurance etc) on their website. so when i got to the dealership I was in and out in about a half hour. 10 minutes of that half hour was a test drive. I started the buying process by inquiring on their Website and Right away I was contacted. Kyle Texter was my rep and he was completely transparent with me the entire time. Probably the best dealer experience I can imagine.

Great buying experience. We purchased from out of state and it was a very easy process. When we arrived to pick up the car it was a seamless transition, very little paperwork and nothing new to sign. They explained the process to us and it didn’t deviate from what they said or quoted. Great experience.
