They have a jeep that says it hitch and tow package. I called and it does NOT. They wouldn’t even lower the price $500 for their mess up. No way I’m paying a price for a vehicle that’s suppose to have a hitch and tow package when it doesn’t. Now I see why the other reviews were 1 star ..

They have the absolute worse customer service. Very unprofessional after selling vehicles. You are never able to reach them or leave a voicemail as the voicemail box is always full. During the sale of purchase the owner James pushed for us to purchase a warranty through them, when it was time for the car to be worked on they refused to communicate with the warranty company or answer their phone calls and talked badly about their services after pushing for us to get this added. My car has been in their shop for 2 weeks and the warranty company is unable to fix or start the process without communication from this business and they won’t deal with them because they aren’t getting paid directly. They have only one mechanic who is never available and he can never give you an ETA on when your car will be fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this low class, janky, junk yard to anyone. I feel scammed with the car and service I have gotten through them. RUN FAR AWAY!

TERRIBLE customer service would mot recommend. Sold me and my family a vehicle with a warranty strongly encouraged just for when time came around to do the work they didn't want to because they weren't being payed upfront. Terrible communication. Real life definition of Of Hole in the Wall

DO NOT . I repeat DO NOT GO to this car lot if u don’t want to be scammed . First off . I went to this car lot last Thursday 8-13-21 bought the 2009 Chevy Malibu cashed out. the price was $3499 plus tax end up being $4000 I paid cash . A hour later they call me back with a sob story saying they “sold” me the wrong car . But how when the car was on the internet. They even went as far as lying saying they sold it to someone & the person who bought the car was on the way to pick it up . Which is odd but ok .. fast forward I bring the car back . They ask me do I wanna find another car I said yes . I find a 2010 Chevy equinox for $6000 I ask to drop the $4000 that I had . They said yeah an I can owe them the $2000 plus tax . Which I assumed would be $2500 or something like that . They tried to tax me $5100 extra dollars on top of the $4000 I had put down an only suppose to owe $2000+ So all together they wanted $9100 for a $6000 car . They are the biggest scam auto place in history . I just gave a full detailed story on my experience . Take it or leave it . Either way I hope someone shuts them down . God works mysteriously I found a similar car upgraded 2013 Chevy Malibu at a way professional car lot in Newport MN !! AGAIN DONT DEAL WITH THEM !!!
