I recently purchased a BEAUTIFUL BMW from 1st international. Was offered a great warranty great pricing and Vladimir and staff made sure everything was taken care of. A few weeks later my check engine light was on and they took the car right in and fixed the problem right away without hesitation. They really worked hard and were accommodating to my schedule. Vladimir kept me informed and explained everything - great communication. WITHOUT hesitation I would recommend 1st international auto to anyone looking for a vehicle. They are very skilled and a pleasure to work with.

First I had my car fixed here. I had a deadline on fixing. 3 days before the deadline I received a call from Andrei.There was an extra part that needed to be changed, Andrei told me exactly how much extra I would have to pay( even though it was only $15 extra).Also he asked if it was Ok for me to pick up in the afternoon instead of morning as we agreed. Of course it was ok! However I really appreciated the thoughtfulness. They don't waste anyone's time. At 2pm sharp my car was outside started ready to go! No extra charges (as it usually happens), no extra fees. All prices as agreed. Then I actually decided to sell this car (old Nissan stick shift). The selling went smooth and I got even a bit more money that I was counting on. I'm definitely coming back when I am ready for a new car! Recommend!

I was in the market for a Honda Pilot or Acura MDX. I looked on Cars.com and came across 1st International Auto. I had driven past a number of times, as I work in Merrimack, but never stopped in. I stopped in and started working with Vlad on the buying process for a 2003 MDX Touring. He was very patient as I got the financing done and we were able work on the price to accommodate my bank. I have to tell you, they undercut the price of everyone in the area that were offering MDXs and Pilots with higher mileage. This thing is so clean. After I bought the car, I took it to Sunnyside Acura to handle the airbag recall issues. When I came in to pick up the car that night, the service manager told me that the mechanics were absolutely shocked when they did the usual in depth inspection of the vehicle. They couldn't believe that a 13 year old MDX was in as great condition as the one I had just bought. I made it a point to call Vlad because I was very grateful for such a good vehicle at the price they were able to sell it to me for. Do your homework on the vehicle, but rest assured, these guys look for cars in great shape and will work with you to sell you a quality car. Already referred a friend to them. 2 months later I am still loving my new car! Thanks, Vlad!

Hi my name is Ibrahim and I have bought a Mercedes ML from 1st International Auto Group.I first saw the car online and then I went to go check it out.As soon as I saw it I thought it was a great car for the family because it was big.So i decided to buy the car and the whole family was happy about the ML.Right now were having a great experience with it.Their great people and it's a great place to buy cars,I recommend everyone going there if their looking to buy a car.

Avoid at all costs. Had an absolutely awful experience with the car I bought from them. I purchased the car in January and was told the sunroof would be repaired. When I tried to use it once the weather was warm, it had the same issue it did during my test drive. They were no help when I asked about it. On top of that, I had to get repairs just to gain an inspection sticker in Maine. Stay away from this dealership

Recently purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia and the experience was great. Andrei and Vlad were great. They processed everything quickly and efficiently, so I could leave with my new car on the same day.
