As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a salesman who was able to show me the cars I was interested in. I was able to test drive the cars. The only downside is their advertising of the price, they don't take into account taxes, plates, or qualification for rebate options.

Called the dealership after inquiring about a car could not get the sales person to answer simple questions and they told me they were not allowed to give an out of door cost for the car. I was paying with cash and she kept telling me to just come in and I told her I lived three states away. Fininaly she said se was going to have the manager call me and he never did. I am still waiting on that call.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would recommend going to an actual dealership. You live and learn. I have learned from this experience. The General Manager, Mark C. Carr, was rude, condescending and beyond unhelpful. He was degrading. I'm so dissappointed with the service I received, especially because I puchased a Mercedes Benz. Through and through, this was a horrible experience. Though, the one kind person in this establishment was Joseph, the service Manager. He is Gold amongst bronze. He was kind, helpful and just a stan up human with morals and values. They say you have to take the good with the bad, ladies and gentlemen-- this place is all bad. Just avoid it.

It was my worst experience at any dealership ever. For an hour and a half I was trying to test drive a car I wanted to purchase and I was sent around from one salesperson to another. I was waiting for the first salesperson assigned to me for near 30 min. Then, he showed up and said that someone else would be helping me. Another salesperson could not find a price of a car .. but just in case, he told me that the price is $10K more than the advertised price on the internet. Then, he could not find a car key. After that, he told me that there are too many cars that have to be moved to take this one out of the showroom. Once I complained to the General Manager, I was assigned another salesperson, who started telling me .. how difficult it is to move the car out of the showroom and he better tell me about how much this car would cost me. So, he just started throwing one fee after another, which added another 4K to the advertised price. I still said I wanted to see the car and waited for another 15 min. Still no actions. No one was going to get the car I wanted to purchase from the showroom. At that point, I decided not to waste my time there anymore and just left the dealership. Strongly, will not advise anybody to go there. They are not more than just a bunch of lazy crooks.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a car from this dealership. My original experience was good and that is what brought me in the 2nd time 6+ years later. My 2nd trip was just as pleasant as the first. I worked with Stephanie in internet sales to discuss what I was looking for. She sent me some information on the car I was interested in and later in the day I went in to test drive the car. When I arrived I was set up with Bellah, my sales adviser. We test drove the car, I liked it - he answered any questions I had and then we made a deal. It was a very smooth car buying experience. There is no "hard sell" even when you go into the little office to sign the paperwork, there was no additional pressure from Karina to buy extended warranties etc. She let me know what was available I made a decision as whether I wanted to add anything and that was that. All in all we had everything wrapped up in a few hours, very smooth. Very friendly staff. I would certainly recommend and plan to return again when I am ready for my next car.

after calling and giving them a Vin number they said the car was there. After that we drove one hour to visit this car dealer we were told that car was not there. And they had other car is comparable to what we were looking for but they were very beat up scuffed one look like you had a new windshield put on it was bubbling at the top another had cigarette burns in the seat . beware because the sticker prices in the windows are double to what the Internet prices say, and it looks like they put up really really cheap prices on the Internet prices and yet when you go there the cars are not even there. Beware beware!

I've generally had negative experiences with buying a car, but this one was actually good. Bellah was friendly and knowledgable. I did purchase the car (2015 Rogue) I was initially interested in. I received a good trade-in value on my 15 year old car. I had a few issues (mainly cosmetic) and they are being taken care of. Overall a good experience.

We had a great car buying experience at 21 Century Auto Group. When it comes to a major purchase, a sales person can make or break the sale for us, even if we like the product. So, our deal was made due to our wonderful salesman, Garry, and the staff that took care of us. Garry was courteous, pleasant, professional, & knowledgeable. He "encouraged" us to buy the car, without being pushy at all. The negotiation process was even pleasant even though it took some time to come up with a final price that we were all happy with. The sales manager, Mark was easy to work with was able to get us a better finance rate than we had lined up with our own credit union. We even had a very enjoyable conversation with Mr. Zeldin while we were waiting for the car to be cleaned up so we could take it home the same day. We really like our Ford Edge and had such a good experience at 21 Century, we are recommending them to everyone we talk to.

I am from Buffalo Ny and this is the first time buying a car over the internet and trading in my 328xi . I had about a million questions and was very nervous because I would be driving 5 1/2 hours to pick up my car. Bella was amazing and very patient! When I got there, Justice had the car ready and we went out right away to look at the car and test drive it. They gave me the deal I asked for and that was it. Getting the financing and insurance went smoothly and Justice was very polite throughout the entire experience. The Finance Manager (Karina, I believe) was also very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

These guys were awesome! I bought a 2013 BMW X6. I was worried a little bit because the mileage was little high but I have been loving this car from the get go. Jeovanny helped me out. I was debating between the X5 or an X6 and a Lexus they had. They were very personable and after test driving the three, they helped me make the right choice. There was a little issue with the sunroof and they had their mechanic fix it in a few min. Sweet! .. overall it was a fast and easy proses, great people!

Just moved to New Jersey from Florida with my fiance. We were looking for a car that was great for New Jersey weather yet luxuries. I was looked online for some car dealership; 21st Century was the first to pop up. I called to see if they had the 2015 Land Rover Range Rover available. Luckily they did I made our appointment and rushed to see the car; as soon as we arrived we were greeted by two Very friendly ladies! They assisted us and introduced us Justice! Oh man, He was GREAT! He made our first New Jersey car experience so fast, friendly, and easy. Justice was honest at answering questions and kept in mind our budget, needs, and resale in the future. Previously, I have owned 5 cars and all were bought through Dealership, but my experience last Saturday at 21St Century will be one I will remember and mainly because of a special employee Bruce Hodges. From day one Mr. Hodges make me feel like the car was mind without not seeing it and when i arrive on site his overall professional, persuading skills I just couldn't walk away, He was friendly, courteously and most off all, seems to be very knowledgeable about his job. Excellent buying experience. Once we were settled on which vehicle to purchase, the folks here made the experience smooth. Danny did the legwork with us over the phone. Justice made it a seamless experience with the vehicle demo, sale and delivery. Unlike other dealerships, the finance handling and deal close was excellent. I just purchased a 2012 C300 from 21 Century Auto Group, and was pleasantly suprised to work with Jeovanny. As soon as I walked in, he said hello, and we started talking about what I was looking for, what price range, etc. etc.. Not once did Jeo ever try to get me out of my price range, and he did not give me a song and dance about ANYTHING. Throughout this 10 day process (including 4 total visits), Jeo was professional and willing to listen. I did have to wait quite a while on 1 particular evening, but his previous customer was having some difficulties, and even throghout the delay, he checked in with me and got me set up to test drive a vehicle, while I waited for him. This showed me, not only his customer service to his prior customer, but his attentiveness and awareness of me and my time. I went to a few other dealerships in the area and outside the Union County area, but I was most comfortable with the knowledge and treatment I received at 21 Century. Jeo's manager, Diego, also was very visible and supportive during my decision making period. I was never treated with anything less than respect and consideration by both Jeo and Diego. This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from this location, and this was the best experience for car shopping and subsequent, purchasing, I've had. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could. Nothing's ever perfect, but Jeovanny and Diego are pretty darn close to giving a perfect car buying experience

READ AND TRUST THE YELP REVIEWS!!!!! BEWARE - this dealership has been sued (2013) and settled (2014) for deceptive practices, including false advertising. They tried false advertising shenanigans with me, earning a complaint to the state of NJ. They try to tack the cost of rebates onto the advertised price despite assurances on the phone that the price is the price and not subject to rebates, and despite the clear language of the disclaimer that the rebates are not part of the advertised price. Shady, shady people. And rude to boot!My wife and I were interested in a 2013 Volkswagen GTI with 44,564 miles listed for $12,500 at 21st Century Auto Group (21 CAG). The sales ad, appearing on the 21 CAG website, Cars.com, Edmunds.com, and Autotrader.com, had the same listed price and details (all advertisements saved from the webpages as of May 27, 2016 and attached). None of the advertisements noted that the offer was subject to any caveats. On the 21 CAG website, there is no fine print or other indication that the advertised price was subject to any other terms. There is a disclaimer link, however, and I checked onthat (disclaimer language screenshot attached) before going to the dealership. The relevant language is:"Internet Pricing! In order to receive any New and Used car price listed on this site, the buyer must present the internet advertising including the listed price of the desired vehicle to our Sales Manager prior to purchase. It is this site's intent and policy to be in good-faith compliance with state laws regulating automotive advertising." ... "NOTE: Prices do not include additional fees and costs of closing, including government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer documentation fees, any emissions testing fees or other fees." ... As we sat down to hash out numbers, the sales rep said that the advertised price was subject to obtaining all 3 of the rebates - college, military, loyalty - otherwise the price was - $2,500 more. After a great deal of argument, including a second sales rep coming over to take over as the first one drove us to start to walk out, they could not point to the specific language of the advertisement that stated the price was subject to the rebates. Instead, Diego (who was kind but otherwise part of this obvious fraud) pointed out that at $12,500 they would be selling at a loss. I pointed out it's not my problem - they clearly advertised a price and fraudulently said that price was not, in fact, the price, or that it was subject to several rebates. Nothing in their own language on their own website made it so. Specifically galling is the fact - confirmed by their own disclamer - that 1) a sales price may not be combined with rebates, and 2) rebates may not be combined. So even if their advertisement stated that the price was subject to rebates or other offers - and it clearly does not - the language of the disclaimer would bely that claim as offers cannot be combined. Either way, they are lying and deceptive and cannot be trusted.

Ask for Jeovanny by name and you will not be disappointed. Jeo did not push us at all. I asked a million questions about different cars and he listened to what I wanted for my personal needs in a car. Low and behold, after a few days later and deciding to go back and get the car I wanted. He searched the Internet and found exactly what I wanted and in a day. I found a car listed on their inventory around the price and with the features I wanted. I called in advance in regards to the availability of the vehicle and was told it was available, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment (was told they would have the car ready for me). once there I was introduced to a salesman, we sat and spoke about the vehicle I was interested in and left to go find it. A couple of minutes later he comes back to tell me that he can't find the car and tries to encourage me to select from other similar models they had on the showroom. I have generally heard similar tatics of dealers lying just to get you in the door but since I had read so many good reviews I trusted this won't be one of them. I'm writing this not to bash them but I am disappointed at the misleading information.

Five minutes later he returns to tell me that the car was sold the day before. A second salesman was eager to see if I was interested in another type of vehicle. I walked out. I went to the dealership three separate times to play hard ball on negotiating a price. I feel I came away very satisfied on the price. Through the process I met: Bella - Sales Rep. - He was great! Very knowledgeable, gave us our space and was not pushy at all. He took the time to spend time with us and answer any questions we might have. I actually met with him 3 separate times and all three times, he was great. You would think most sales rep's at dealerships would probably end up getting frustrated that they are wasting there time but not him. Diego - Manager - I had a great experience with him. Recently purchased an impeccable used Pontiac G8 GT and with the help of Justice as my sales person made the decision on purchasing very easy to make. I went to see a 2012 Passat that I saw they had on their website. As soon as I got to the front desk Eric came up and greeted my father and I. Everything went very smoothly! He asked what car I wanted and took us for a test drive. After the test drive I said I definitely wanted it and he said "Ok, lets make it happen" and he made it happen! The monthly payments are a little over what we wanted, but it is totally worth it! Especially with the warranty they provide, which you don't see ANYWHERE else! I was totally shocked with the great warranty. Plus the car has only over 18,000 miles which means it is still under some of it's factory warranty. As soon as I saw the car online and the price and mileage, I knew I had to jump on it as soon as possible and I'm glad I did. I would definitely recommend this place and Eric to others, and I will be coming back some years from now for my next car.

You know how you usually do not look forward to purchasing a new vehicle due to the hassle of the negotiations? Not the case on 1/19/16 when we went in to look at/buy a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from 21st century auto group. The whole experience was pleasant from the very beginning. I am out of state shopper. I have sent inquiry to 21st Century at least ten times and all I get was auto responses from Danny Cruz but never a follow up email or phone call. To me this is a horrible sale, service, customer service and a very bad dealer. I finally decided to call them and ask for a couple of cars I've been interested in and there's no cars. If they don't have the car why it's still posted on car.com? I don't get it. It seem we're still live in the 90's. Don't have cars don't advertise or just don't do business if you don't like to response to customers.

From the moment I called, to a week after our purchase, we have been taken good care of. I had already dealt with other dealerships and couldn't get a deal made that we liked. I gave Justice list and within a couple hours we had a deal solidified over the phone. There was literally nothing that we required that wasn't provided in our purchase. I bought a VW from this dealership. The highlight was the sales person, Justice Hodges. He was professional, friendly, and no nonsense when it came to price. The dealership also has an impressive collection of luxury cars, although I wasn't looking to buy one. I also thought that I was treated fairly on my trade in. The downside of the dealership is their bait and switch advertising. Their Internet prices are after subtracting $2500 of rebates that most people won't qualify for- military rebate, recent graduate, prior customer. The real price is $2500 more than advertised. What is sillier is that the price on the window sticker is ridiculous. The sticker on the car I bought was $20,000, the Internet price was $9,775, and neither price was close to what they would sell the car for.

From the internet I reviewed several cars for sale all the same make and model. I was in the area and decided to stop and see a few of them. As I approached a salesman, I asked if they had one of the cars from the web site and he asked me if I liked the car. I informed him that I could not answer until I saw the car. As we sat down at a desk, he asked me for the listing number which I gave him. He punched a few keys and said he's not sure about the car, so I gave him another. Again he could not provide any detail. He then asked for my driver licenses. I've never been asked this before when just looking, so I told him lets look at the cars first. If I'm interest, I'll provide my personal info prior to taking test drive. At this point, he stood up and told me to go find the cars myself and walked away. I don't believe they ever had these cars on the lot. They list 12 on the web site and I couldn't even find one of the same make and model.

Very classy dealership with newer cars all over the lot. Eric was the sales men I had and was very courteous but neither him or the rest of the staff could answer all the questions we had. I was purchasing a car that was from Canada and no one could assure me the emission standards were the same in America. After sitting down I quickly realized the price listed was not even close to what they were actually selling it for. They added close to $2,000 in rebates that i did not qualify for (read the disclaimer). In typical car sales fashion I was there for 5hrs but at the end of the day I left with the car I wanted and payments where I needed. All the staff was professional and very nice.

I would not usually write a review but since im very happy with my car and my experience with this place so i figured it was the least i could do to show my appreciation. I live about 3 hours and a half away from the dealership so I called in ahead before just showing up since i only wanted a 328 in white! called in regards to 2013 jeep grand Cherokee and the salesman asked me twice if I had the stock number and twice I told him no. I told him it was the only vehicle the dealership had. I laughed it off asked if still available and if it would be a problem to ship the vehicle as I was purchasing out of state.I was told it would not be a problem to purchase the vehicle and procure my own transportation for the vehicle. I told him okay and that I would call the next day to do paperwork. the next day I called and introduced myself as the lady that called last night and the person he had been emailing asked if car was still available.first was called a sir as my name is clearly that of a female and asked how could he help me. I asked to speak with the sales manager. my request was ignored and asked how could he help me. I asked again and was put on hold. he came back on the line pretending to be another sales person. at this point I was upset and demanded a manager. I was placed on hold and spoke with the sales manager and was told that the car could not be bought online until I was paying cashing. I explained i was not told this over the phone as I asked specifically if it was going to be a problem and that I had submitted a finance application. I was given no apology and no acknowledgement that wrong information was given. I would never wait my time again with this dealership and would recommend that one else waste their time either.

I called to see if a advertised vehicle was available 2-1/2 weeks ago. I was told it was and they made an appointment for me to come in that afternoon. I called purposely because besides myself going I was also taking my mechanic with me. When I arrived a salesman by the name of Paublo met me. He took my info and then he went to get the car. After about 10 minutes he comes back and says the car is not there, it was taken to a shop for some body work. It would not be back for 2 weeks. At this point I was pissed because I was told the car was there and I am not only wasting my time but also my mechanics time. After leaving and thinking about it I decided to call Paublo back to see if he was telling me the truth. He assured he was and that as soon as the car came back he would let me know. I now also have his cell number so I told him I would text him every so often to check up on it. I contacted him 5 times over the last 2-1/2 weeks and was assured that the car wasn't back and that he was on top of it. I checked with him as late as last night. I decided to take look at there website today to see if car was still listed and after checking it was not. I texted Paublo and ask what was going on and I got the answer I am not in today,I will check tomorrow. I answered back that I thought he would have someone call as soon as car arrived even thou he wasn't in. At this point he told me to call John the manager to see where the car is. (Passing me off) I called but of course John was to busy to come to the phone. I spoke with another sales person and was told the car was sold, I asked when but they wouldn't give me this info. I asked to have John call me back but I am still waiting. I have been lied to over the past 2/1/2 weeks on multiple occasions, I would never recommend this place anyone.

First of all, its hard to have a good experience when purchasing a vehicle, I have purchased a couple of vehicles throughout the years at other establishments and it has never been a pleasant experience. I did inquire at 21 Century Auto Group, and spoke with Justice, he was polite, had great phone etiquette, he was so pleasant on the phone that I agreed to make our appointment. Walking in to 21 Century Auto Group, I was immediately greeted by personnel and taken care of. When dealing with Justice, I explained that I had been through the process a couple of times before and wanted to skip the back and forth, I explained that I knew my situation, that my credit was not that good, and made my monthly budget very clear. He took my suggestion and was able to accomplish my requests. I appreciated that he listened, which is a rare quality found in car salesmen these days. He didn't have that common "pushy' attitude that most sales persons have. That is the exact reason, why I often say "thank you, I will think about it" walk away and don't come back to other dealerships. Justice was very understanding, honest, knowledgeable and forward. Truly excellent buying experience! Everyone was extremely helpful, and Justice in particular did everything he could to make the sometimes stressful moments of buying a car a breeze. Always felt like he was working for me, and trying to get me the best deal possible that would work for me. I happily walked away with my 2012 Nissan Altima, I have to say, Justice was KEY to purchasing at your establishment. I also had a good experience with your financial employee Carina, she was very friendly and extremely helpful in breaking down all the numbers during signing. I will definitely recommend 21 Century and will most definitely send Justice's way, so they are able to have a great buying experience as I did.

This dealership is completely unprofessional. We were overcharged and were under-serviced. They held our license plates, title, and registration for over a month. They never picked up the phone to call, but texted a lot and used completely unprofessional language. We only got action when we threatened to get our attorney involved. I would not recommend them and will never use them again.

My wife and I were at 21st Century Auto Group last night to pick up the 2013 Mercedes we had placed a deposit on. The experience we had so positive that it encouraged my wife to trade in her car and purchase a 2015 bmw. So in the end we left the lot with two cars! The sales team at 21st century auto group were all great and a pleasure to deal with, but of special note would be our Salesman Miguel. Miguel made our buying experience a truly memorable one. He attended to our every need, never pressured us, and made sure we were aware of all our options, and what value we were getting for our purchase. Our two small children were with us during the whole experience and he, also being a father of two, made sure my kids experience was just as pleasant as ours.The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming. We also financed with Karina, she was such a doll. We will definitely recommend 21st century Auto Groupi to all our acquaintances, especially Miguel, who has finally convinced us that a car buying experience can indeed be a pleasant one. Thanks!

I walked into 21st century auto group looking for a vehicle to give to my son who is a new driver. I encountered Roland and from the beginning it was a pleasant experience. Roland as well as the beautiful receptionists greeted me at the door so very kindly. Roland gave me the best option for the particular vehicle I was looking for. I had been browsing for a while in other dealers also and told him that I might be able to get a better deal elsewhere, he was very honest and said that 21st century auto group could not match their deal and to go speak to them directly. Long and behold the deal at the other location wasn't as expected and had to come back to 21st century auto group and meet Roland once again. This time I was convinced that he was always looking out for me. Roland personally talked to my son and I in front of Dimitri the president of 21st century auto group to take away any doubts and misconceptions that I had. Overall 21st century auto group and Roland in particular were an extremely pleasant surprise. I definitely suggest looking for him when it comes to buying the car of your dreams.

One of the salesman, Oscar was very good with working with me and his patience is out of this world. Great group here. Came in on a Saturday and met up with owner Dimitri and salesman French. Both were extremely easy going. Followed up with another visit and purchased a BMW 528 . After years of going through cheesy dealerships with gimmicks and slimy salesmen, i finally found a place thats reliable and consistant. I purchased a car with 21st century auto group two years ago and again seven months ago. The owner Dmitri Zeldin is awesome, he is to the point, shows you the blue book value, and explains in detail about the car both positive and negetive. Its a small dealership with higher end cars and affrordable cars as well. I think the reasons why this shop differs from others is because the seller actually has your best interest, theres no scam or gimmick its to the point to find what you can afford and what works for you. P.s there is no need to haggle most of the cars there are under what the sleazy dealerships are pushing. Trust me i looked for almost a year for the car i wanted, and found it at 21st century auto group in the same ballpark.

Upon arriving he greeted my fiance and I and truly took the apprehensiveness out of the tedious car buying experience. We explained to him our needs and Ramy accommodated each and every one of them. I have to say, this guy was great all around, and was truly knowledgeable and helped us meet all of out needs. The entire buying experience was actually fun and we enjoyed every minute of it. Excellent! Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had in the 40 years I've been buying cars. 21st century is a local dealership and while I did not purchase a new car, or a Ford, I was treated with courtesy and given the same respect. Justice went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered, the required maintenance was done, and all features worked on the used Toyota I bought. The entire dealership -sales, finance, and service worked as a team to make sure I got not just a good deal, but what I consider, a great deal. These folks should be giving lessons to the big guy dealerships on how to win customers!

Our sales associate Justice Hodges was the perfect match for our "no nonsense" approach to purchasing a car. It's very annoying and off putting when shopping for a car to have the sales associate try to sell you a car you have no interest in. I went to a few dealership with comparable vehicles but they all had way to many miles on them. 21st Century vehicles had lower miles with clean carafe history. I DIDNT CALL BEFOE COMING BUT THE SECOND I CAME THEY HAD THREE OF THE R 350'S THAT WE WANTED! It really worked out perfect! My husband and I even purchased a lifetime warranty for just $30 extra dollars a month! this place is great def recommend, the bad reviews aren't anything like how this place really is. My wife and I have been looking for a used Porsche Cayenne for a few months and I had actually found a few vehicles online through cars.com that fit the criteria at 21st Century Auto Group. I emailed them my interests and made an appointment for a store visit from 2 1/2 hours away an entire week in advance. I then confirmed the appointment NOT ONCE but actually THREE Times making sure all three vehicles were still available and on the premises to view. All THREE calls confirmed that the vehicles were there and ready to been test driven. The day of my appointment, I quadruple checked this vehicle information before making the 120 one way mile trek and again they reassured me all was well. To my and my spouse's complete HORROR and surprise NONE of the vehicles we had come to see were there when we walked into their "establishment" EXACTLY on the dot of our scheduled appointment time. In a baffled state of confusion, I asked both salesman and General Manger "HOW COULD THIS BE?" which they retorted with 'Sorry they were sold a while ago but come look at this one" (which was $11,000 MORE thank the ones I had made the appointment for).My family owns one of the most successful dealerships in the Northeast for the past 38 years and I've come across some bizarre situations. NEVER have I EVER been MORE duped than from this JOKE of a dealership!! As I just reviewed their website only 10 minutes ago, do you believe they still have these SAME Porsche models online for sale? All I can sale is beware of the Bait and Switch for this place is one web of underhanded deceit and LIES!!! I wouldn't purchase a pair of socks from them.

Justin was not "pushy" at all. He was there when I needed him but did not harass me with multiple phone calls. I spoke with a nice guy named Efrain, who was a very helpful salesman that wanted to put the effort in. He offered to let us show up 15 minutes prior to their closing to come by and look at a Mecedes Benz ive been looking for. My wife and I have been searching for a Mazda Cx-9 for some time and couldn't find a car that met our budget and also met our mileage requirements. After an exhaustive research, I saw an unbelievable price at 21st Century Auto Group. And, I have to admit, after reading some reviews at other sites, I was a little skeptical. But from the moment I met Justice, he was transparent and helped me a long throughout the whole process. Justice took time to help me understand the added costs for the car and the reasoning behind the costs, particularly because my car was an internet special. Although, I've read some people had some surprises when obtaining or trying to obtain their car from 21st Century, there were not surprises for me and Justice also fought for me. Turned out that the day that I was coming in to close the deal, the car price was raised, but since I had come in over the weekend, Justice fought for my wife and me, so we could obtain the price of the car that was previously listed(which was way below what we had seen). We went in ready to purchase. Already had financing secured. We found a car online for $10K & called for its availability. It was in stock, so we drove over. We were met by a sales person who was very nice, but didn't really interact or speak much. It was awkward. We sat down & talked number first to agree on a price before looking at the car. I appreciated that. But, there was a $2,500 dealership preparation fee. So a $10,000 car now became a $12,500 car. Plus, tax & $500 DMV paperwork fee. DMV paperwork should be included in the dealer prep fee & most definitely doesn't' cost $500. Anyway, they told us they wouldn't charge us tax since we had outside financing who would pay them in full, so it was like cash. They were also willing to drop the price $500, so it would be $12,500 out the door. This sounded too good to be true, especially when we saw the car. It was really nice & was a higher model. All leather, sport package, good mileage. It just didn't add up. When he brought the car up for a test drive, he told us it was making a noise & that he'd have to wait 2 days until the mechanic came in to find the problem. They would pay for the fix, no problem. It drove ok, other than that. We put a $100 completely refundable deposit down on it, although they didn't ask us to sign anything, then left. The more we thought about it, the more uneasy we were. It just doesn't make sense. How can you not charge tax? Why is a car of that value listed so cheap? Why didn't anyone drive the car before him & notice the sound? We went somewhere else & purchased another car. I called to cancel the deposit & they were ok with it. Didn't try to push me. So the only reason I didn't put a 1 star is becuase they were upfront about it & didn't try to push us, but they're obviously being shady & trying to bait & switch the cost of the car, plus sell us some car with a bunch of problem. No thanks!

The car was extra clean but had footprints on the carpet, so they cleaned them again. We asked to take the used car to another Mercedes dealer for a check-up and they agreed without hesitation. The stereotypes of car salespeople and dealers makes you think of spending a day of devious haggling and trying to get around the salesperson trying to sell you something you don't need for three times what it's worth. The whole thing makes me dread the experience so much. My experience at 21 Century Auto Group was the exact opposite. I worked with Oscar Rodriguez. I told him what I wanted, what I could afford and he worked with my needs to find the best deal possible with no gimmicks or hassle. They gave me a deal on my trade in that was very good. I went in during the late morning, decided what I wanted and went to lunch. When I returned the car was ready and they had the financing and other paperwork ready to sign and I was out the door. It was definitely a good experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I made an internet query regarding a 2014 A4. When I arrived at the dealership, David greeted me and had the vehicle I was interested in waiting for a test drive. But, as I wandered around the lot I spotted the Audi A5's I was blown away. David quickly shifted gears with me to my new interest. He was vey knowledgeable and sorted out what features and options were important to me. I settled on a reasonable price with Joe and picked up the car the next day. first of all I called live over an hour and a half away after the car was there they said yes when I got there it wasn't there second they should meet the second car plus they show you your internet price actually is not the real internet price you have to add $2,500 to everything plus they want to add a $600 out of state tAg fee plus a $400 documentation very shady and unprofessional if they have to lie about their prices to get you in the door who knows what kind of car you're getting at the light about that kinda stuffthis is the kind of dealers they give car dealers a bad nameI need your dumb enough to buy a car there look in the mirror and ask yourself why you paid for them to wash your car and change the oil for 2500 dollars and ask yourself if you're smart

I found this C300 on the internet. Joseph gave me a great price and agreed to have the car ready since I live out of town. The car was ready when I got there. It was immaculate, really immaculate. Just as advertised. Joseph spent the time reviewing the finer points of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with all the details. The customer service was above and beyond as far as I was concerned. Our lengthy trip back to our home town had it all. We encountered light snow, heavy snow, slush, frozen roads, 30 knot crosswinds with blowing snow, unplowed snow chewed up with chains and covered with freezing rain. The car ran like a fine machine, it kept us warm and safe. I never felt nervous or out of control, the car did everything I asked of it and seemed to be saying "What else have you got?" My only question now is, "Why didn't I buy a Mercedes sooner?"

We had the best car sales experience ever,ever,ever!!!. David is an Awesome salesman. We have purchased numerous vehicles new and used, this was by far our best experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and courteous! He has a great sense of humor and worked hard to negotiate the sale in a stress free and timely manner. We arrived at the end of the day approximately 1 hour before closing on a Saturday. We were not rushed or pressured to make any decisions. Diego Garcia, sales manager, also stepped in to assist with our sale to assure we being taking care of and questions or concerns had been addressed. They made us feel super special! Although the service department had closed, it did not stop them both from coming out to make sure we knew how to operate the G37 we purchased. They covered the radio, navigation, and everything they could think of until we could get back on Monday when the service department was open if we had more questions. Oh yes I can't forget Joe P, he was our finance guy he was a treasure to work with as well. The close of day on Saturday he was cool, calm, patient and professional to perfection! I came back on Monday and David still took time to introduce all the service department and part department team! Can't say enough about this "Awesome Family/Team orientated" staff we had the pleasure of working with at 21 Century Auto Group!!!!

I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase. I called ahead to make sure the vehicle was available and set an appointment for a test drive for a '07 BMW 530i. Once I arrived I was welcomed by the receptionist and then was introduced to Jorge. Salesman are known to be a little aggressive, but he was very nice, helpful and did not make me feel pressure. Overall, the experience was great and I love my new car.

This is the most horrible dealership you can ever do business with. They promised one thing and do something else. The manager, very rude and unprofessional. I bought a 2012 ML350 for shipping, they promised to fix the broken rear light before picking up but they never did, I went back to complain, the rude manager told me the sales rep only scam me to buy the car that it was never the company's agreement. Pls dont do business with this organization. I am reporting to BBB after this review.

Hard to believe dealers like this one still out there... What we was looking for preowned Lexus RX, because we happy owners of one of them, it's1999 got 250 000happy miles, so we got a really good upgrading, preowned Mercedes ML 350 fully loaded...To make a long story short whatever we was looking to spend just for the car, they fit in that number - with no money down bank finance payment, extended warranty bumper-to-bumper to 100,000 miles or 36 month, and,(listen to this:) my insurance,I know it sounds like hard to believe but it just happened we just got back home and me and my lady so happy... What a service, they got very wide choice of beautiful cars and SUVs, from everyday driver to top-of-the-line luxury vehicles. And what's great, they all under one giant roof size of football field, so you can see them all, take your time and look around... No pushy salesman's which also great, because sometime you need time on your own to figure-out what you like. Another great thing, they find for us finance rate much better then I thought we deserve, that's way we fit everything including insurance and extended B/B warranty. Hidden Fees... 54 complaints at BBB... I and my wife were looking for a car advertised at $26,388 we made an appointment and went to 21 century auto group. When I arrived they showed us the car, however it had a sticker for $36,995 on the window. They tried to get us to test drive the car before discussing the $10,000 discrepancy between the advertised price and the window sticker. They told me that the advertised price did not include a $2400 dealer processing fee. They had also $900 other fees. They were also very rude and arrogant to me and my wife. They use cars.com to lure people but they do not disclose the excessive fees. We wished we checked their reviews at Yelp and other places online before we wasted our time. This is a horrible place !!! They have very bad records; - NJ Attorney General sued them in December 2013 for deceptive advertising and sales practices. however I was turned off by the condition of the cars I looked at. I came in specifically looking for one vehicle listed online but when I got there they said it was sold. They did have a couple other options for the same vehicle so I did look at them. The exterior was in average to below average condition with nicks and scratches. The tires were basically bald. They did say they would perform a 160 point inspection but that didnt help me when I was prepared to leave with a vehicle since I'm not local. I dont want to purchase a vehicle, then have them do an inspection after the transaction (who knows if they would even do it at this point but I can't say yes/no to this). The vehicles should be fully inspected and detailed prior to being put up for sale and on display. This is what really rubbed me the wrong way. Also, there's a "dealer prep" charge of roughly $3,000 (listed in fine print on autotrader but it is listed). With this fee the price was still competitive but no longer the best around. They did have some really nice looking cars and the sales rep and manager were both professional. I didnt feel comfortable enough to purchase a car from them though and won't be returning.

We were courteously greeted and offered a refreshment during the short wait for a salesman . The salesman greeted us and asked what we were interested in . He patiently , showed us many vehicles all around their vast showroom and the ones outside as well . Our salesman never tried to sell us on vehicles that didn't meet our search criteria and he was well informed on the vehicles he did show us . I was definitely skeptical about purchasing such an expensive vehicle from a used car dealership. I always leased my vehicles from my local Mercedes dealership, but due to my current job, leasing is not an option for me any longer. I came across a vehicle that I really liked at 21st century auto group. As I said earlier, I was skeptical, but the price got me to take the ride and I am glad I did. From the first phone call to the dealership to the gentleman who cleaned the car for me when we completed the purchase, it was a positive experience. I highly recommend this dealership. I must say that Jeff and Diego put me at ease and exceeded all of my expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and I appreciate that very much. Earlier this week I saw a car on cars.com and went to the dealership. Arslan was our sales person and he was very helpful, and a true professional all the way. They have an amazing collection of cars. We got a good deal on our car, and they processed things quickly. Make sure you ask for Arslan when you get there.

I just got my car from here: It was not to mention great & warm environment for me. I was able to see what was looking at; and, the car that I was looking at from online was there of course the information described on line was matching with the one I saw at the showroom. Even more, they took my car as trade-in; and paid me around 2K more than I was told from other dealer. It was good way of surprise; at least, as of now, I'm very happy with the deal that I made with them. It was great experience...I love my Benz...

I got super lucky finding this place. I've been looking for the perfect car for months! I made an appointment and the very next day I was driving around in my new car. Diego, my sales person was just incredible. I had tons of questions and he had prompt answers for all of them. He sure knows his stuff. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase!

My recent shopping experience with 21st Century Auto Group was the most comfortable and hassle free. I went in on Saturday and traded in my 06 Chevy Tahoe and drove off with a 2010 Volkswagon CC thanks to my sales rep oscar and his manager Jeff. Oscar was professional and knowledgeable with the features and options available on the Volkswagon CC models that made it easy for me to decide. Oscar did such a great job in thoroughly going over the features and showing me the different models availables. He definitely works really hard to get you the best possible pricing deal without the back and forth negotations. After the deal was completed the paperwork was handled promptly and with ease. I can honestly say that I never felt pressured or misled. So if you are looking for vehicle I recommend 21st Century Auto Group and let Oscar work hard for your deal.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!This place uses bait and switch tactics, you come in for a car they claim they have and then magically it was sold, then they try to sell you a different car make which is less in value for the other car you wanted to get. Also most of their cars are Lemon and will brake on you with in the 1st month of owning it. When you want buy a new car they will kiss your behind, but as soon as you have any issues with the car they will not talk to you and tell you basically to go * your self. How do i know? well i am one of those idiots that got ripped off by them. After that i spoke to many people i know and they all have heard horrible things about this place and all had that one friend that got ripped off by this place.

Going to 21st Century Auto Group was most likely the best decision I've ever made to get a new car for my family. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind to all of us--especially one salesman of the name Diego. Not only was he extremely polite and helpful, but there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. We all felt comfortable browsing at our options without the heavy burden of an overbearing salesman. Picking the right car was a difficult choice, but Diego made it super easy to make the right decision. Thanks to him, my family and I are now new proud owners of a beautiful Mercedes C300. Thanks to his expertise, the process was easy, exciting, and quick. I have never had such a positive experience when buying a car, and I will CERTAINLY recommend this place to all of my friends and family. At first I wasnt happy b/c the car I originally inquired about wasn't available when I visited. But I stumbled into the hands of Diego who changed my experience. He listened to every detail (which were many) and found a vehicle not only better than my original inquiry but at an amazing price. Unfortunately the car broke down three weeks into owning it. When I tried to contact Diego for some direction on what to do I was completely ignored. No wonder the price was amazing. Buyer beware!
