I recently purchased a 2009 Subaru from here right before I moved to Montana while looking for a reasonably priced and reliable vehicle to get me across the country. Everyone that works here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything on my vehicle was safe and in perfect condition after purchase, all the way from the engine down to the floor mats. First time buying from dealership. Found ad on Craigslist, looked at inventory on website, and got in touch with Matty to look at a couple cars I was interested in. One was sold already, and the other’s interior was in rough shape. He let me browse and pointed my attention to the ‘03 Forester, which was just what I was looking for! My only qualm is that they were not willing to negotiate price. The process was quick and easy as they did the necessary paperwork for me. Within a month my car had multiple issues come up - needed new battery, radiator, actuator motor, selector switch for heat/ac/blend doors, and an O2 sensor. Despite the paperwork saying I purchased the car as is, with no warranty, the owner Matt was extremely helpful. I brought the car back in, and they got everything fixed up for me (for free)! I suggest buying a car at 616 because, above all, they stand by their customers. They were under no obligation to fix my car, but they did it happily. Both Matt and Matty have checked in with me since the purchase and repairs to make sure I was content. I think that type of care can only come with a small dealership, and 616 has the human factor.

Found a great deal on a Subaru Forester and was extremely pleased with the experience of dealing with a knowledgeable and personable Coburn as my sales agent. Had some issues that called for some pretty extensive repairs. Long story short, all the guys including Matt and Joseph stepped up and saved the day. You owe it to yourself to check them out!!!
