Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered my questions about the cars I liked (on a day off!), and set up a test drive appointment. They showed me the vehicles I was interested in without any pressure to buy. I chose one of the two and the purchase process was smooth without any issues. They stand behind their cars, too. The battery died as I was purchasing the vehicle and they not only gave me a jump, but paid for a new battery and installation at their mechanic, as it was nearing the end of its life cycle. I haven't had any other issues with the car and love it so far!

I bought a 2013 Passat here a week ago and it was a quick, easy, great experience. The car runs like a dream and Zach was awesome. It was my first time buying a car and I couldn't have asked for a better place to go to!

In my 50's and overall this was the best car buying experience I've had. Zach is polite, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I located this vehicle and 712 Auto through an online resource and felt very comfortable with our purchase thanks to Zach doing an incredibly thorough FaceTime tour of the entire vehicle to include the underbody. When we arrived at the dealership, Zach was fully prepared and knowledgeable of out-of-state requirements. Fast and Easy. I highly recommend Zach and 712 Auto!
