Joel was so incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation and did his very best to get me in and out quickly in the vehicle that I wanted. He was so friendly and made the process so easy. I'm so thankful for my new vehicle and more space for the kids! Joel remained positive through the whole transaction taking each road block in stride and with amazing tact. I will forever appreciate Joel's compassion towards us and his passion for his job. We will definitely send everyone we know in the market for a vehicle Joel's way! Thank you Joel!!!

Had a great experience with these guys. I really appreciate everything they did for me. Steve and Joel went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle and the deal I wanted, especially with me being a first time buyer. I would definitely recommend them to everybody looking for a car and will be back for my next Truck for sure. The best “ easy call “ and AMAZING customer service Thank you guys.

I am a business owner and do not leave many reviews. My feeling is that, if you are in business there are expectations that are basic. These folks went above and beyond my expectations. I realize when purchasing a used vehicle "as is" it comes with self responsibility that I value. I had some minor issues with my truck, Tom did not bat an eye.. "bring it in".. and then he not only repaired the minor items.. his tech found a seperate issue that they also repaired. Couldn't be more pleased with their ethics.. and trust me.. I am not an easy customer to please. Thanks guys...

What a great experience I had today working with Joel at 916 Auto Mart! Let’s start with my dream car, well I can’t even call it a car. My dream luxury Escalade, that I have been wanting for 5 years. I have been shopping around and could never connect with the right price option and dealership. I saw her and feel in love and sent a request yesterday. Handsome Joel called me back and personally took pics of the areas that I wanted to see. He was so right, the pictures did not do it justice! He held the vehicle for me to bring in my trade. I was first going to try and sale my van, but Joel said let them try to work it in the deal. Then Mr. Steve worked his magic and got me sitting so sweet! He got me only coming out of pocket under $400 bucks! Thank you Joel and Steve! You made my dreams come true!

916 Auto Mart is the place to go. I do not have good credit whatsoever, but they were able to get me the car I wanted. Joel was very honest and helpful from the beginning. Thanks again 916AM!
