Worst experience ever. Financed a car Nissan rouge with 89000 miles not even a month with the car and the transmission needs to be replaced after getting it diagnosed at Nissan and they do not want to fix it and they Tell me Nissan does not know what they are doing. They will not give me my money back either mind you I bought the car only 3 weeks ago. All they tell me now is good luck. I highly recommend you to never go here. It will be your biggest mistake.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY! From beginning to end my experience was great. I can't believe how awesome these guys are. We were joking around having fun. The financing took a little long so the Manager treated us to lunch. Couldn't have ask for anything more. Can't wait till I need another car. Lunch on me next time!

I’m a southern expat, moving up here for work. Alex at A&A was perhaps one of the friendliest and most helpful managers I’ve met; he reminded me of the hospitality and kindness I experience in the south. The service I received was superior: they explained every step of replacing my breaks, offered me a car to use while my vehicle was being fixed, and were kind through the entire process. I highly recommend.
