Just wanted to send a note to commend the service, hospitality and expertise Scott had provided me and my 2015 Nissan Rogue. I typically go to your Frank Lloyd Wright location because that’s where I used to reside. Even after I moved down the street, I still went there because change is difficult. However, this route, I decided to make it easier on myself and go to your facility. I called first, Scott was friendly on the phone and accommodating. He advised I could come right on in. So I was pleased with the availability you had and not had to haggle on an appointment since I wanted to come in over the weekend but the first availability I had was Monday. He was extremely knowledgeable and his communication was impeccable from start to finish. I really appreciated the clean lobby, workspace and lyft rides to get home while I waited for the service to be made. Even then, Scott was in communication on the different various needs to keep my vehicle running strong. I left feeling happy with the service I received. Keep up the great work and Scott deserves a raise! J Thanks so much, I will absolutely return and also recommend your company to my friends.

I was very skeptical about the whole car buying experience with a dealership. I quickly found out that I was wrong. Joseph Jaehnig was the consummate professional. He is knowledgeable and experienced and he tirelessly put forth the effort to ensure that we found the right vehicle for us, at the right price. No pressure, no haggling, A very positive experience from start to finish. I never felt that Joseph was just trying to sell us a car. He was working as our advocate to make sure we found the right fit. Great experience, great dealership, great salesman. Kudos to Joseph and everyone at ABC Nissan! My wife and I will be back again to upgrade our other vehicle soon,

I can appreciate Service vs. Experience and your Associates delivered on the Experience. Which by the way Eric was great, really made me feel comfortable, communicated very well, kept me informed at all times. Great idea with the transportation arrangements, got me to and from work right away, no problem. I have a feeling Associates there are happy and take pride in achieving their best.

I had such a good experience at ABC Nissan. They were able to fix my car and all the issues that it had. But more importantly the customer service that I received from the minute I walked in was amazing. My service advisor Ben Marquez was very pleasant to work with and explained everything to me thoroughly so that I could understand. I highly recommend going there, oh and PS ask for Ben Marquez he’s great!!

One of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Our service rep Eddie was wonder and assured us everything would be fine. Not only he assured us the vehicle would get fixed but also assisted on making sure our insurance claim was a smooth process. We didn’t even purchase our vehicle from here but they won our business and a returning customer. Thank you!
