Started out looking at a cute little car with my girlfriend.Shortly into the buying process we learned the the "owner" Gina had little to no patience. On the first meeting of her to view the car she said " you guys are going to have to wait, I'm upset with this technology". That's a bit off putting to be the customer trying to purchase a car, and being put on the back burner right in her office. Mind you there was no preparation to our appointment, to make things flow easier(which has happened every other time i purchased a vehicle). Her lack of technology skills put a simple 45 min signing into a hour and half of "computer restarts". The banker gentleman that was on the phone with us during the signing was more informative than her, who was completely lost.. Finally we work our way back the the issues with the car. The issues with the car were all of the smaller sort and not infact covered under warranty. Which is no big deal, However there was a big deal with no updates on the car through the the day and after contacting them they "assumed"to just fix the issues and order parts as well as there:"might be a charge" . preforming work without authorization, a quote or invoice is unlawful. Then when the issue of unauthorized work was brought up, the "customer is right" approach was thrown out the window with accusations and insults, "I don't have time for this", and "you used to be the sweetest girl and now your nothing but attitude".To put it shortly if you're looking for a dealership with good customer service, try elsewhere.

Gina was absolutely amazing to work with! She was real and kept to her word. I love my Subaru I just bought with her!! Definitely will be coming back!

Gina was absolutely amazing!! I had originally called about another vehicle which she had just sold, Gina recommended another vehicle that she had available!! It was amazing recommendation and I instantly fell in love with the vehicle!! The whole process was super easy and I would definitely get another vehicle from Gina again!!

Gina was great helping my mother and I with trading in her old car for a newer one. She walked us through every step and was very patient and understanding. We love our 2011 Chevy Impala and will be recommending everyone we know!

Buying a car is a lengthy stressful process. Gina ( the owner) made it the best it could be! She was very patient and informative answering all my questions thoroughly. There is a variety of cars on the lot and its always changing-- The website is EXTREMELY helpful. My Nissan Altima is Great! i would definitely go back!

I was actually looking for a truck, but Gina convinced me that a car was probably a better idea. She was right ! After some back-and-forth discussion, she was able to find me a nice, low-milage vehicle that rides great. I've been extremely happy with my car.

I was looking for a new car and heard about AC auto plex from a friend that had recently bought a car for his daughter from them. The website alone was helpful. It allowed me to view the inventory , calculate payments / costs and directly message the owner. I recieved a fast response, explained what I was looking for and was guided through my options &given suggestions . It was a great way to be able to "car shop" without having to take a ton of time out of my day to drive out there multiple times. I am extremely pleased, and love my car!

Over the years, I have purchased several vehicles from AC Auto. Each time the process of selecting a vehicle has been met with invaluable guidance, and has resulted in the purchase of a high-quality vehicle at below-market pricing. The "no-hassle" environment is really quite unique, and makes the car buying process enjoyable. Needless to say, when I'm ready for my next car, I'll be heading back over to AC Auto Plex.
